This Privacy Policy describes how Classia Health (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, retains, and safeguards information when you use the Classia Coach mobile application (the “App”).
Information We Collect
- Account & Contact Info: Identifiers such as name, email address, and demographic details provided during profile creation.
- Fitness & Wellness Tracking Data: Logged parameters including body weight, step metrics, active energy expenditure, and individual exercise scores.
- Visual & Nutritional Payload: Image uploads captured via your camera for the automated macro-analysis and food-scanning functions.
- Device Diagnostics & Telemetry: Device hardware profiles, operating system layers, and unique operational identifiers transmitted transiently for system security, fraud monitoring, error parsing, and push notification routing.
How We Use Information
- To generate automated target macro distributions, structural wellness reports, and personalized activity timelines.
- To run high-efficiency computational pipelines for image recognition to evaluate caloric content.
- To resolve software issues, handle security profiles, and deliver essential push notification tokens.
Permissions & Automated Infrastructure Processing
The App requires native system access to your device’s Camera and Photo Storage to fulfill image-scanning features, alongside Location services for contextual regional parameters. To complete image-based calorie and food profile analysis, payloads are processed via secure, automated large language model (LLM) computing clusters. This computation is handled strictly under automated execution protocols where user personal data is stripped, and the tracking metrics are executed on backend instances without data preservation by third-party broker systems.
Data Retention Policy (Google Play Compliant)
We retain your personal metrics, account configurations, and logged fitness milestones for as long as your application profile remains active. In the event of account abandonment or system dormancy, non-essential interaction telemetry is automatically pruned or fully anonymized. Financial, verification, and basic audit trail variables are retained only to the minimum limits mandated under existing systemic compliance and regional regulations before absolute deletion.
Data Deletion & Account Controls
You have explicit control over your records. You can modify or permanently delete your account data natively within the App interface. Additionally, data deletion can be requested at any time by contacting our system controllers directly at classiacapital@gmail.com. Upon verification of a deletion intent, all personal data, uploaded metrics, and linked tracking profiles are fully purged from all primary active storage nodes within 30 days.
Security Architecture
We use standard transport layer security protocols (TLS) for data in transit and robust algorithmic encryption for data blocks stored at rest. While no transmission vector over public infrastructure is completely secure, we actively monitor endpoint performance to prevent unauthorized vector exploits.
Children’s Privacy
The App is strictly not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. If we discover that information relating to children has been indexed without verified oversight, it will be immediately dropped from our databases.
Changes to This Policy
We modify this policy parameters when deployment features shift. The effective revision timeframe is specified via the updated date entry.
